How It Works
Getting your custom embroidery is straightforward. Here is exactly how the process works from first contact through pickup or delivery.

Tell Us About Your Project
Start by letting us know what you want to achieve. Submit a quote request through our website with your logo or artwork, and tell us about the specific colors required. In the comments, specify your preferred embroidery placement: left chest, jacket back, hat, or other.

Browse and Select Your Apparel
While your logo is being processed, browse our commercial catalogs at SanMar or SSActivewear to select the items you want. Use the order form on our website to list your selections, save it, and email it to auntlindascloset@gmail.com. You can also bring your own items if you prefer.

Logo Digitizing and Proof
Your logo is sent to our digitizer for conversion into an embroidery file. Turnaround for digitizing is generally 36 hours, Monday through Thursday. Once the file is ready, we stitch a sample and contact you directly to confirm the details.

Stitching and Completion
After you approve the proof and your apparel arrives, we complete the final embroidery. We notify you as soon as everything is finished and ready for pickup or shipping.

Payment and Pickup
Payment is due upon completion. All apparel orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Payment details are discussed during the quoting process.
Turnaround
Turnaround can be as soon as 3.5 days per 100 items, depending on the scope of your project. Digitizing takes about 36 hours (Monday through Thursday).
Pricing philosophy
Most times, your embroidery plus a wholesale shirt comes in under the retail cost of the same garment. You get custom work and usually save money.
