Common Questions

Answers, not runaround.

How long does an order take to complete?+

Turnaround can be as soon as 3.5 days per 100 items after proof approval, depending on the scope of your project. Proofs are typically emailed within an hour during business hours. Every project is different, so we will give you a realistic timeline when we provide your quote.

Can I bring my own items, or do you provide them?+

Either works. You can bring your own apparel, or we can order through our commercial catalogs with SanMar and SSActivewear. Most times the shirt plus embroidery comes in under the retail price of the garment, so wholesale ordering is often the better value.

What file format do you need for my logo?+

JPEG or PNG works best for digitizing. If you already have an embroidery file in .EXP or .DST format, we can use that directly. Send us the best quality version you have, and we will handle the conversion.

How do I pay?+

A minimum 50% deposit is required before we order any products or start embroidery. Payment details are shared after your initial quote is approved. We do not accept payments online. Payment can be made after your initial contact.

Is there a minimum order?+

No minimum. No job is too small. Whether you need one personalized item as a gift or a hundred uniforms for your team, we will walk you through the process and provide samples to ensure you are fully satisfied before any work starts.

What is your turnaround on proofs?+

Proofs are typically emailed to you within an hour during business hours once your digitized file is ready. You review and approve the proof before any products are ordered or any embroidery begins. Nothing moves forward without your approval.

Do you ship, or is pickup only?+

Both. Local pickup is available at our Rutherfordton, North Carolina location. We also ship nationwide for customers outside the area. Shipping cost and timeline depend on order size and destination.

What kind of thread and equipment do you use?+

We use certified Madeira thread and stabilizer, ISO certified for strength, bleach resistance, and color fastness. Our commercial Melco Bravo machines and magnetic hoops ensure precise, consistent results with no hoop burn on your finished items.
